Building a new home is a very exciting and complex process. You will have the joy of seeing your home being created before your very eyes (about 60 days for an average home). You will have ample opportunities to visit your home as it is being built exactly to your specifications.
Communication with our homeowners is our top priority. We have several scheduled meetings with you in which you will be constantly advised on the progress of your home and be able to share your thoughts and concerns with us.

Our desire to maintain open communication with you extends through the buying process and after your move-in. In an effort to improve the product and service we provide, we welcome and invite your comments about our performance. You will receive a survey after you have moved into your new home requesting your feedback on your building experience. Our goal is to build the best home and the best customer relationship possible. Your feedback can help us reach that goal.
As time passes, if your housing needs change, we are always ready to build another home for you. Any new home information you might need is available through our office, or at any one of our model homes. Any referrals are always greatly appreciated!
