In 1987, Croat-Kerfeld Construction was incorporated and began buying tracts of land, creating attractive, well-planned neighborhoods. The company name was changed to Croat-Kerfeld Homes in 1994 to better fit the corporate mission.
Today, we are building single family neighborhoods in St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids, Waite Park, and Sartell.
