Q: What is included in a home package price?
A: Sodded yard, front & back, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, air to air exchanger, lot allowance.
Q: Can I build on my own lot?
A: Yes! If you have your own lot, with in 25 miles of the St. Cloud area we can build your house for you. And depending on the size of the house, we could go farther out.
Q: What if I have my own ideas of the type of house I want to build, can you work with my own design?
A: Yes! If you build with us, our in house draftsman will sit down and work with you and your plans at no charge.
Q: How many days does it take to build a house?
A: Of course this depends on the style, but our bi-levels, tri-levels, and modified two-stories, and two-stories take about 60-90 days.
Q: What happens after the close of our house?
A: Croat-Kerfeld Homes takes pride in our superior customer service even after the close. We have a full-time warrenty department that communicates with you when you have a need. We supply you a warranty form that you mail in or fax 30 days and 11 months after the close.
